Digital Marketing Sr Specialist

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Sr Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role manages multi-channel marketing campaigns, maintains marketing automation platforms, and analyzes campaign performance to improve ROI. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced with HubSpot, digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search engines, websites, and paid advertising channels.
  • Create, publish, and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, workflows, lead nurturing, landing pages, forms, and marketing automation.
  • Build, schedule, and publish digital content and campaigns across multiple online platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the organization's content calendar and coordinate campaign launches with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBi and other reporting tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prresent campaign performance reports to different audiences Monthly/Quarterly.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion rates, lead quality, and return on investment.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead capture forms to increase conversions.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) data within HubSpot to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Optimize website content and digital assets for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation initiatives and improve marketing-to-sales conversion processes.
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance, marketing metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with company branding standards and applicable privacy regulations.

Qualifications
