Full Job Description
Winnebago Industries is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is hybrid. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on digital marketer focused on enhancing the online experience across our portfolio of premium outdoor recreation brands, including Winnebago, Grand Design RV, Newmar, Chris-Craft, Barletta, and Lithionics. This execution-oriented role supports website updates, CMS management, SEO and AI search optimization, testing, and digital experience improvements that drive engagement and business results.

This role combines day-to-day execution with digital expertise, partnering across the portfolio to apply the best digital practices, scale what works, and help deliver experiences that make our brands more discoverable, intuitive, and effective across web, search, social, and emerging AI-driven channels. The individual will spend the majority of their time producing digital work - content updates, website/CMS execution, SEO/AEO improvements, social enablement, and testing - while also serving as a trusted resource who helps lean brand marketing teams and agencies raise the bar on how consumers experience our brands online.

Day to Day of the Role:

Content Operations and Asset Management:

  • Develop, publish, and maintain content across brand websites, landing pages, and digital channels in partnership with brand teams and agencies.
  • Execute AI-enabled content workflows for content creation, repurposing, tagging, governance, and discoverability while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Support cross-brand content operations, including editorial calendars, creative briefs, asset libraries, and publishing workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.

Digital experience platform optimization:

  • Administer and optimize digital experience platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), digital asset management tools, templates, and component libraries
  • Guide website enhancements, page layouts, navigation updates, and UX improvements in partnership with UX, brand, and IT teams.
  • Support web governance, authoring standards, intake processes, and cross-brand adoption of best practices to ensure scalable, consistent digital experiences.

Search and Social Enablement:

  • Support BU social teams with hands-on execution, publishing help, and response cadence during peaks (product launches, campaigns, events).
  • Standardize best practices, response-time norms, and community engagement plays across brands so lean teams can move faster and more consistently
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience required; 5-7 years strongly preferred, ideally supporting multiple brands or business units in an in-house, agency, or shared-services / COE setting.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CMS (Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred), digital asset management, and standard project tools.
  • Working proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and one or more SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush); familiarity with AE0/AIO a plus.
  • Hands-on experience publishing and reporting across mainstream social platforms and a modern social suite (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr).
  • Working knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta), marketing automation, and CRO/testing platforms - enough to partner, not to own.
  • Experience with AI content and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT/Gemini, Jasper) and comfort with prompt engineering strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in consumer, lifestyle, outdoor recreation, RV/marine, automotive, or other high-consideration purchase categories is a plus.
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago Industries' locations.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $100,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
