Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid) - Carmel, IN

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the broader Allegion marketing team to lead the development and execution of impactful content and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, creative storytelling and digital expertise to position Allegion and its family of brands as the trusted leader in creating a safer and more accessible world.

The ideal candidate owns social media strategy and paid media campaigns end to end, driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI. They collaborate closely with brand, channel, demand generation, and senior leadership to bring content to life across digital channels.

This role demands a fast learner who can bring innovative strategies to social and paid platforms, staying curious and comfortable operating in a rapid 'test and learn' environment.

What You Will Do:

Social Media & Content
  • Own social media strategy and execution across all Allegion brand channels, growing brand awareness and deepening audience engagement.
  • Design and implement a content strategy that supports social channels and broader business objectives. Assist with storyboards, video shoots, and editing, as needed.
  • Create and oversee content tailored for social platforms (posts, video, campaigns), collaborating with brand and channel marketing on blogs, case studies, webinars, and other collateral.
  • Ensure brand messaging, voice, and tone are consistent across all social and content assets.


Paid Media
  • Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social) end to end - planning, execution, optimization, and reporting - to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on paid creative, targeting, and placement to continuously improve performance.
  • Partner with demand generation on paid lead-generation campaigns and funnel tracking.


Analytics & Performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social and paid media performance, using insights to refine strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and demonstrate marketing's impact on business growth.


Collaboration & Team Leadership
  • Partner with brand, channel, sales, and demand generation teams to align social and paid strategy with revenue goals.
  • Work with brand teams to highlight Allegion and its family of brands' innovations and value propositions.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop strategic presentations, leveraging storytelling, and present to leadership.


What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in content and digital marketing, and/or program management experience preferably in the security industry.
  • Experience developing and executing content strategy across all channels with proven results.
  • Experience launching content strategy across digital channels with proven metrics.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in tools such as Sprinklr, Marketo, and similar platforms.
  • Experience and proven results with paid media campaigns preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Experience managing events and/or events communication.
  • Strong marketing competencies, including business and market analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in value proposition creation.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects, while effectively collaborating to work effectively across functions (IT, product, sales, etc.).
  • Influential leadership and change management skills.
  • Excellent ability to represent the Company externally and build alliances
  • Solid understanding of multi-step distribution and indirect channel sales
  • Attention to details and strong project management skills.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
