Digital Manager, Global Calvin Klein

The Digital Manager, Global Calvin Klein role offers a unique opportunity to shape luxury digital storytelling at global scale across content, commerce, and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Digital Manager, Global Calvin Klein, you are responsible for digital strategy, content, and commerce.

You will develop and deploy global digital strategies and toolkits across fragrance launches and evergreen programs, translating brand vision into high-performing executions across social, eCommerce, media, retailtainement, and emerging platforms. You will ensure digital content is optimized for performance while maintaining brand standards, partnering with global teams, markets, agencies, and licensors to deliver consistent, scalable, and best-in-class digital experiences.

Your main focus:
  • Global Digital Strategy & Storytelling:
    • Support the development of global digital strategies across key fragrance launches
    • Translate brand campaigns into digitally native executions across platforms and markets
    • Identify opportunities to elevate digital storytelling aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Content & Toolkit Development
    • Lead the creation of global digital toolkits across Retail.com, Amazon, Social Media, Retailtainment, Innovation, and Media
    • Define best practices for asset formats, copy, and platform guidelines
    • Partner with brand marketing teams to embed digital-first thinking from concept to execution
  • Digital Excellence
    • Instill best practices for digital shelf excellence across global retailers
    • Guide markets on PDP optimization, A+ content, and conversion-driving strategies
    • Monitor competitive landscape and benchmarks to elevate performance
  • Social & Media Content Strategy
    • Support development of social-first and paid media content strategies
    • Ensure content is optimized for platform performance and channel behaviors
    • Partner with media teams to align content with placements and KPIs
  • Project Management & Governance:
    • Manage end-to-end project delivery across global markets and stakeholders
    • Track asset development, approvals, and distribution across teams
    • Navigate complex approval processes with licensors while maintaining creative integrity


QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:
• 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, or content strategy (beauty, luxury, or fashion preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems across eCommerce, social, and media
• Experience developing global toolkits and scaling digital guidelines across markets
• Deep knowledge of retailer.com best practices (Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, key global partners)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:
  • Background in luxury fashion, fragrance, or beauty
  • Experience working with a license or on the agency side
  • Experience with global campaigns and multi-market rollouts
  • Familiarity with digital shelf analytics and content performance optimization
  • Experience with emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop
  • Strategic mindset with passion for innovation, culture, and digital trends
