Digital FI Innovation Senior Specialist YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital FI Innovation Senior Specialist are to: Partner with Business & Functional leaders to uncover digital financial innovation opportunities. Lead development activities during the entire life cycle of product delivery, with a special focus on predictive planning & forecast automation. Digital Financial Innovation: • Develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions that drive company growth through advanced data models, AI techniques, and process automation that unlock business insights; • Demonstrate strong EPM experience, preferably with Anaplan; • Partner with stakeholders at local and global levels (Finance, Commercial, PS, IT); • Employ a 'fit-for-purpose' approach to deploy innovative technologies that enable future sustainability and global scalability; • Transform how teams work by promoting AI and digital technologies that streamline workflows and team activities; • Demonstrate business savvy by developing strategies to sr. mgmt. that create new ways to deliver value to the organization; • Constantly seek to develop digital skills through self-development and proactive behavior; Lead Planning & Reporting processes by: • Partnering with Finance team leads to explore and deploy new product, process, & AI innovation; • Leading and supporting digital planning activities throughout fiscal planning cycles; • Developing planning & predictive models that drive strategic efforts to steer the business; • Establishing a global innovation coalition within the Finance community that drives a digital mindset agenda; • Promoting process improvements and technology opportunities by showcasing success • Enabling country and functional technology adoption through training and continuous support: o Divisional Finance Business Partners o R&D and Product Supply Controlling o Functional Controlling Continuous Improvements: • Business insights by seeking out new AI & digital solutions to pioneer innovation; • Business partnering by establishing team as a pinnacle partner in digital design and deployment; • Technical skill development via a relentless pursuit of self-development; • Innovative mindset by thinking outside the box to create new value via advanced solutions and techniques; • Cutting-edge technologies by constantly seeking out new technologies in the market; Key Value Add: • The organization requires this role to identify potential AI & digital automation opportunities by partnering with business & functional leaders. This role is a key enabler of Bayer's on-going strategic efforts to leverage technology in the areas of planning, reporting, and operational activities; WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Preferred Qualifications: • MBA and/or a CPA or CMA; • Bachelor Degree in Finance or IT related discipline required. • Seven (7) years of relevant professional experience including working knowledge of SAP, SAP-BW, Anaplan, Azure, databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, and related BI technologies. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $105,200 to $157,800. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
