Full Job Description
The Digital Enterprice Architect is Responsible for:
  • Assisting in the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers.
  • Consult with operations groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicate findings.
  • Actively participate in promoting new technology and services offerings and support the business in risk management and applying lessons-learned to improve job design and execution as related to cloud deployment, cloud architectures, and energy industry expertise.
  • Provide real-time support to operations as required. Provide technical support throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.
  • Assist with identifying areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
  • Explore opportunities for value-added products and services. Assist in real-time incident response, recovery.
  • Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders.
  • Remain current on new technologies. Maintain customer visibility through active participation in professional society activities and calls for papers.
  • Understand the competition's technical offerings.
  • Contribute, write and review technical publications.
  • Stay abreast of new domains such as Business/External Multidomains (E&P New Energies) and maintain a Solutions Focus for our customers.
  • Engage with Customers, Vendors and Partners Domains.
  • Engage with Cloud Services Providers and client IT Organizations.
  • Communicate Cloud Architecture in the context of Multiple Domains.
  • Identify and Leverage architecture extensibility and integration points.
  • Channel new needs to Engineering.


Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field, or a foreign equivalent plus 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles. Applicants must have 3 years of experience in the following: Cloud architecture: Azure (primary), AWS, GCP; Cloud-based application development technologies: Python or C++, TensorFlow, Web Services; working in the Exploration and Production / Oil & Gas Industry; Cloud-based HPC (High Performance Computing) infrastructure and technology including working with data storage, networking solutions, specialized compute resources, security, and artificial intelligence applications; simulation and machine learning workflows: Management, Monitoring, data and results transfer, machine learning engines; OSDU Energy Data Platform; and Data management, storage, and delivery.
