Digital US Land DrillOps Automation is scaling rapidly toward 15 to 20 active rigs by year end, increasing the volume and complexity of concurrent deployments, technical support, and customer facing delivery.
The current structure requires more leadership capacity to coordinate this expansion while consistently maintaining the service quality and operational responsiveness required at the rig site.
The Drilling Success & Delivery Lead will therefore be a critical operational role, providing direct leadership to the Field Deployment Leads and clear accountability across job preparation, deployment readiness, commissioning, data quality, service delivery, technical support, and incident escalation. The position will require quick learning on DrillOps Automation technology and rig-site execution expertise to resolve technical issues quickly, standardize delivery practices, and maintain reliable customer support as activity expands. The role will establish the leadership layer required to protect day-to-day operations, reduce dependency on individual resources, and create a scalable service delivery model capable of onboarding additional rigs and customers without compromising execution quality. It is a key enabler for sustaining existing operations, protecting associated revenue, and converting the growth pipeline into successful and repeatable deployments. The Drilling Success & Delivery Lead will report to the USL Digital Drilling Solution Delivery Manager.
