Job DescriptionGroup DetailsTradeweb's Digital Assets team is seeking a Market Support Associate to provide front-line support for institutional crypto trading activity. This person's role will primarily ensure seamless trade execution, issue resolution, and data integrity across the platform.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as the frontline client contact for all platform-related matters
- Establish working relationships with institutional clients and market-making partners
- Partner closely with the sales team to support trader coverage and platform engagement
- Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues
- Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams
- Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders
- Support user onboarding, entitlements, and system setup- data entry involved
Qualifications- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of Tradeweb's markets; crypto market familiarity a plus
- Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Extremely comfortable with technology - proficient with full MS Office suite

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
