The Opportunity

As a Digital & AI Strategy Experienced Associate, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Strategy practice, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize infrastructure and enhance connectivity. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced environment, adapting to work with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. As you navigate through the firm, you will build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to optimize technology infrastructure
- Leveraging cloud and network architecture skills to enhance connectivity and security for clients
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure to develop efficient cloud infrastructure
- Applying architecture frameworks and enterprise integration techniques to support client needs
- Engaging in business process modeling to improve operational efficiency and data flow
- Conducting network design and deployment to enhance system performance and reliability
- Troubleshooting network security issues and resolving performance tuning challenges
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering reliable and adaptable solutions
- Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform strategic decisions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management
- Demonstrating proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Utilizing architecture frameworks and enterprise integration techniques effectively
- Engaging in business process modeling and IT service management practices
- Applying network security troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Excelling in platform engineering and cloud infrastructure architecture design
- Adapting to fast-paced environments with intellectual curiosity and optimism

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
