Detailed Description
  • Lead and mentor engineering team members; develop and deliver technical and sales training in collaboration with the Engineering Manager
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Down Hole Tool applications and provide technical recommendations to optimize drilling programs
  • Analyze drilling data and perform performance studies to improve tool performance in critical applications
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers in both field and office environments
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop, test, and improve tool designs
  • Recommend product improvements or obsolescence based on application-specific needs
  • Communicate product performance, features, and benefits to customers and internal teams
  • Conduct performance analysis on trial runs and track PUK and directional performance data
  • Investigate dull conditions and perform problem-solving related to tool performance
  • Perform international data analysis to support global operations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
  • Provide onsite rig support and participate in customer meetings and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs, product design, and sales strategies
  • Adhere to all safety standards and company policies
