The Role

Build and manage the infrastructure that powers Ema's AI platform. You'll design cloud systems,

automate deployments, and ensure everything scales reliably to support millions of enterprises.

What You Own

Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure

Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible

Implement CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments

Build observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting)

Ensure security, performance, and reliability at scale

Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling

Qualifications

Required

4+ years DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience

Expert-level Kubernetes and containerization knowledge

Terraform and infrastructure-as-code proficiency

Cloud platform mastery (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Strong systems thinking and distributed systems knowledge

B.Tech in CS/ECE from IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent

Preferred

Multi-cloud experience

Helm charts and deployment automation

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

ML infrastructure experience
