Job Description - DevOps Engineer - Blockchain Platforms & Cloud Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
DevOps & Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and blockchain deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Blockchain Platform Support
Deploy, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes and related services.
Support private and public blockchain environments.
Monitor node synchronization, network health, and transaction processing.
Containerization & Orchestration
Build and manage Docker containers.
Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
Optimize container orchestration for blockchain applications and supporting services.
Monitor cluster performance and resource utilization.
CI/CD & Automation
Develop automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
6+ years of Strong experience with: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
Docker, Kubernete, Terraform, Ansible
6+ years of exprience in Microsoft Azure (Preferred), AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
6+ years of Basic to intermediate understanding of: Blockchain architecture, Distributed ledger concepts, Smart contracts, Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms, Web3 ecosystem, Cryptocurrency transaction flows, Experience deploying or supporting blockchain nodes is a plus. Monitoring & Logging, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Linux administration, Bash/Shell scripting, Python, PowerShell, Source Control, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting blockchain-based applications or fintech platforms.
Knowledge of smart contract deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with DeFi, NFT, Digital Assets, or Tokenization platforms.
Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years
5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure experience.
1-2 years of exposure to Blockchain/Web3 ecosystems.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of blockchain nodes, smart contract deployment processes, and distributed systems is preferred.
