Developmental Diversity Services Coordinator to join our team!
JOB SUMMARYIn this position, you would be responsible for helping to identify access, coordinate, create, and assure services to people with developmental disabilities. This includes advocating for the whole person with attention to the strengths, hopes, and special circumstances of each individual. Services coordinators facilitate individual choice and self-determination and assure health and safety needs through person-centered planning and ongoing support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe following minimum qualifications are required for this position:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND
- 2 years professional experience in area of assignment
