Fujitsu Canada has a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Development Lead to join our innovative team supporting enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role is ideal for a leader with experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI-enabled frameworks.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of KM solutions using Microsoft 365 and Copilot integration.
- Oversee implementation of DITA XML and document-as-code practices for structured content management.
- Guide DevSecOps and Azure DevOps pipeline design for secure and automated deployments.
- Architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for scalability and compliance.
- Implement containerization strategies for microservices and distributed systems.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools and frameworks to enhance KM capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership in server-side programming and API development.
- Ensure solution architecture aligns with security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality KM solutions.
- Mentor development teams and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Mandatory Skills- 5-10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot integration.
- Experience with DITA XML and document-as-code methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
- Experience integrating AI-enabled tools and frameworks into enterprise solutions.
- Advanced skills in server-side programming (e.g., Python, .NET, or Java).
- Ability to design secure, scalable architectures for KM solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills- Experience with multilingual and accessibility-compliant KM solutions.
- Knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques for content optimization.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and cross-platform integrations.
- Previous experience in regulated or government sector environments.
General Requirements- Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.
- Hybrid work arrangement - onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
