Responsibilities:
• Prioritize opportunities to improving processes.
• Create functional documentation related to business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards and procedures
• Knowledge of organization's total Information Technology (IT) environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the Data Analytics.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and user guides for support tools and application changes.
• Participate in support reviews and project transition meetings.
• May require on-call availability for critical issues and implementations, based on business demands.
• Works with management and/or clients directly to define business requirements and analytical needs.
• May work across departments or business groups to obtain information.
Ensures adherence to data management regulations and policies.
4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• 5+ years related experience including familiarity with database design, data integration and Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong knowledge of logical & physical data modeling and data integration strategies.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Erwin, Teradata, DB2 and DataStage a must.
• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Denodo, & Python a plus.
• Strong debugging skills appreciated
Key Deliverables:
Support dual on-shore and off=shore suport model in Manila.
• Provide data design, strategy, guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, design patterns, and tools.
• Provide technical leadership and decision support to less experienced staff.
• Design and develops highly complex ETL solutions.
