Full Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Plan, execute and track CAU events and marketing with the goal in mind of developing donor relationships, raising awareness of CAU programs and supporting member inclusion through recreation activities.

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Management, Communication or related field

Experience organizing and managing events

Experience ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

JOB TASKS
• Coordinate, market, plan and execute all CAU events driven by the Development department
• Act as lead in the planning and coordination of CAUs fundraising events such as: Family Fun Day, Annual Golf Classic and Gala
• Collaborate with Community Inclusion Coordinator to plan and market member-related activities
• Provide support and marketing materials to Program Development's outreach events such as conferences and table-top activities
• Serve as liaison to venues, photographers, and other service providers in the planning and coordination of events
• Track and monitor expenses incurred for each event, working within budget guidelines
• Collaborate with Grant Writer to ensure all grant requirements are met as they relate to events
• Evaluate/adapt CAUs event strategy
• Consider and develop fresh ideas for donor-related events
• Ensures compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting), Central Registry, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), and motor vehicle checks.
• All other duties as assigned

Varies -Mon-Fri 9-5 Evenings and weekends included
