About the role:Launch your career in Fixed Income via our Direct-to-Desk Graduate Program. Following an extensive Orientation and Training program, you will join your team and gain immediate, hands-on experience. Work alongside industry experts to solve real-world client challenges and drive market innovation, contributing to the team from Day 1.
We offer roles across a breadth of products: Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange, and Rates and a range of profiles: Sales; Trading; Structuring and Financing. We are currently hiring for the Credit Sales and Trading and Global Emerging Markets Financing teams. Candidates will be asked to indicate their preferences when applying.

To be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Program you must:
- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2026 and 31st July 2027
- Be able to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements
- Possess no more than 12 months' relevant full-time work experience

The annualized salary for this position is $110,000. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
