Responsibilities:
Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops; troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, monitors, and docking stations; manage OS, BIOS, disk, and data encryption.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot end‑user applications and certificates.
Restore and migrate data, decrypt inaccessible files, and apply or troubleshoot file permissions.
Document all work in trouble tickets while meeting required SLAs and quality standards.
Patch network ports, trace lines, and support installation of network switches.
Configure and maintain UPS devices, including battery replacements, failure troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and scheduling customer downtime.
Install and support VOIP phones and voicemail systems.
Configure multifunction devices for print, scan, and fax; coordinate multi‑step hardware replacements with vendors.
Plan and execute user moves, including connectivity, devices, and phones.
Maintain and troubleshoot local security/badging systems.
Prepare obsolete assets for compliant disposal.
Collaborate with and support other IT teams as needed.
Provide support for both unclassified and classified systems.
More About the RoleYou will support multiple sites across the United States via remote tools, communication platforms, and occasional travel.

Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least five years in a relevant technical role.
Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell hardware.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong customer service ability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Current Security+ certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$63,300-$129,700
