The C2BMC Next Program, based in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a X-Lab System Administrator to act as the first line of defense for user level interactions and issues. The position will be primarily supporting users in person. secure phone, email or instant message (IM). This position will be customer-facing, so refined customer service skills, in addition to IT skills, is a must for this position.
What You Will Do- This position will support MDA flight tests and focus on the integration of the R&D systems into C2BMC and will contribute to other ongoing X-Lab projects as needed.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IA Level II or higher (Security+ CE, Security. CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP). Candidate will be responsible for maintaining DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
