In this role, you'll own the product user experience end-to-end, contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting a vision to ensure simple and elegant designs.
Example Projects- Collaborate often with engineers to design and ship high quality product improvements
- Conduct user research and help synthesize user insights
- Build prototypes while exploring new and creative user interfaces
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate with product team to iterate on feature ideas quickly
- Build and refine our design system & component library to help deliver a cohesive product
You Are- A strong designer who has a high bar for their craft
- Able break down complex problems and design simple, user focused solutions
- Energized by understanding customer needs
- A strategic thinker that has strong product sense and experience building 0-1
- Able to iterate quickly on both high and low fidelity mock-ups and explore ideas quickly
- Able to work independently without explicit directions

- Compensation packages are highly variable based on a variety of factors. If your salary requirements fall outside of the stated range, we still encourage you to apply. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$275,000 cash (plus equity)
