Customer Success - Design ArchitectLocation: US What will you be responsible for?Customer Success Design Architects play a key role in designing and driving customer onboarding, creating solutions, and promoting greater adoption and usage of the AppViewX product. You will gather critical information to design AppViewX solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management, including PKI, SSH keys, API keys, and more. By combining your deep technical knowledge, creativity, and solution design experience with an understanding of customer business objectives and challenges, you will help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products.
Onboarding- Collaborating with architects, solution engineers, and the customer management team to gather input and design AppViewX technology solutions that address specific business challenges for our new customers.
- Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
- Collaborating with our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges and product gaps
Adoption and Value Quantification- Run adoption workshops to Coach Customers on the AppViewX Product usage along with educating them on the best practices, Industry Standards.
- Function as a trusted technical advisor and lead by assisting with project technical challenges.
- Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy.
Customer Experience/Engagement- Use your experiences collaborating with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the Product, customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers.
- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvement.
Roadmap Planning- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into fresh solutions.
- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.
What do we require?- Minimum 6 years' experience working in a technical architectural design role (such as Enterprise Design Architect, Application Design Architect, Solution Architect)
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company with enterprise software products.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a senior role (Team Lead, Technical Manager, Sr. Level role)
- Domain knowledge on PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.
- Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
- Experience with PKI implementation processes
- Experience with PKI integrations, Certificate Authorities, MS Intune, SCEP, and other enrollment practices
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes
- Linux command line/ Windows server management
- Apache, IIS - application expertise
- Load balancers - F5/AVI/NetScaler
- Salesforce/JIRA/ServiceNow
- CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred.
- Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn modern technology at a fast pace.
- Worked and interacted with F500 organizations.
- Creating complex technical designs and diagrams using diagram and vector graphics applications (Visio, Lucid chart, Draw.io etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
