Live AQL Dashboard Management: Design, deploy, and maintain a live Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) performance dashboard on the CDC SharePoint environment, executing real-time tracking and reporting any threshold deviations to leadership within 24 hours.
Gate 3 Deliverable Authority: Serve as the absolute 'Gate 3' technical sign-off authority for all contractor outputs. Ensure no report, dataset, or documentation package is transmitted to the COR without undergoing formal, dual-reviewer validation and quality checkoffs.
Deliverable Registry Control: Own and manage the comprehensive contract Deliverable Registry, indexing all SOW components, version histories, peer-review outcomes, error rates, and formal federal acceptance sign-offs.
