Job Title
Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Job Description
We're hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help shape and optimize the net-new prospect demand strategy for Sage Intacct, our B2B SaaS AI-powered Financial Management solution, across key verticals in the U.S. market.
In this individual contributor role reporting into a Senior Manager, you will own demand strategies and plays that improve full-funnel performance from demand generation and lead acquisition through sales-qualified opportunity creation. You will help advance a more account-aware, ABX-oriented growth model by using data, audience insights, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify priority segments, improve conversion, increase lead quality, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
This role also closely collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, Campaigns Hub, and Digital Hub teams to align strategy, optimize lead flow, strengthen marketing-to-sales handoff, and continuously improve performance through a system-driven, data-led approach.
This is a rare opportunity for a data-led B2B SaaS marketer who wants to be a part of a more modern demand gen/growth marketing model. Our teams are moving beyond traditional demand generation toward a more integrated, account-aware approach where marketers set strategic direction, identify performance gaps, activate the right audiences, and use AI and automation to scale execution, improve decision-making, and optimize business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience owning B2B multi-channel demand generation or performance marketing plays across channels such as email, webinars/events, paid media, organic, search, and content syndication. You are a proactive, analytical marketer who can connect strategy to execution, use data to diagnose problems and improve performance, collaborate across functions, and apply AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to increase speed, scale, and consistency.

• You bring a strong analytical mindset and are proficient with CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools, using data to identify funnel gaps, diagnose performance, and determine where to optimize.
