We9re looking for a
Delivery Solutions Engineer to lead discussions with clients, design integration scopes, and ensure smooth implementation of our platform. This role combines post-sales technical consulting, hands-on integration work, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery, architecture, and integration discussions with new and existing clients.
- Explain Global-e capabilities and recommend best practice based on client use cases.
- Own the integration lifecycle: technical scoping, data flow definition, API setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery.
- Work with both internal and external development teams to define functionalities and resolve issues.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to internal and externals stakeholders.
- Act as a product expert and share client feedback with Product/R&D teams
Requirements - 3+ years in solutions engineering, system engineering, or systems integration
- Direct experience in frontend software development including tools and concepts: JavaScript, Webhooks, HTML/CSS
- Ability to navigate codebases and debug issues using standard software tools / processes
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP(S) protocols, and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience diagraming complex system architectures and data flows
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience working with distributed teams; ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce) is a strong advantage
