SummaryThe Delivery Project Manager is responsible for overseeing work across three functional areas, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and client relationship management. This role provides leadership through coaching and mentoring team members, addressing escalations, and collaborating with other project managers to deliver successful outcomes. While the position may manage smaller projects independently, it primarily supports the execution of larger initiatives in partnership with other project managers.

- Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing
- Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks
- Communicate with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed
- Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across all phases
- Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions
- Support Gainwell's growth as you prepare detailed SOW and assist with new proposal efforts and business development
What we're looking forBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management with strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs of varying size and complexity while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required); Agile methodology experience preferred.
- Experience working within a Client/Vendor structure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project; experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO) preferred.

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
