About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced
UX Designer / Information Architect with 8 to 12 years' experience who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality UX solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirements
- Conduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain points
- Create UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design and present high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoff
- Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standards
- Partner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery
- Guide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects
Required Skills & Experience- 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information Architect
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and execution
- Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
- Experience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Lucid
- Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture

- Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus
- Exposure to accessibility-focused design is desirable
