- OWN Disciplined Agile Deliver processes and practices for assigned delivery teams; tailor approaches to fit the initiative context.
- CONTRIBUTE delivery patterns, lessons learned, and coaching to the Community of Practice (CoP), mentor Associate Delivery Managers.
Initiative Delivery- 60%- Own end-to-end delivery of Tier- 2 programs or Tier-1 workstreams; align delivery outcomes to initiative OKRs and value realization.
- Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans using Discipline Agile methods; define milestones, dependencies, and decision points appropriate to initiative scale.
- Coordinate stakeholder interactions and ceremonies across business, technology, and operations (planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives).
- Develop and maintain delivery dashboards and information radiators; track flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, lead time, WIP flow efficiency, predictability) and use them to drive decisions.
- Manage risks to value and quality; build contingency into plans; escalate with options, recommendations, and a clear point of view.
- Apply SDLC/PDLC controls and Change Management practices; ensure compliance with risk and security standards.
Stakeholder Communication- 15%- Prepare and present delivery status to Director and VP-level audiences; translate delivery health into business-relevant insights.
- Draft escalation documents that frame situation, complication, options, and recommendations; surface trade-offs to secure timely decisions.
- Support senior delivery leaders in executive-level communication as needed; develop comfort and credibility at higher stakeholder altitudes.
Delivery Excellence & Community of Practive - 25%- Identify and implement agile process improvements for stable delivery; drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes rather than ceremony compliance.
- Apply lean thinking to remove waste and bottlenecks; facilitate continuous delivery over batch planning; coach teams toward smaller batch sizes and faster feedback loops.
