Primary Responsibilities: As an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile delivery for one or more teams supporting a large federal enterprise cloud platform, helping teams plan, execute, and continuously improve within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. You will remove impediments, coordinate across teams, and help ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality commitments. Primary expectations of an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master include:
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coaching teams on agile and SAFe practices and fostering continuous improvement
- Identifying and removing impediments and shielding teams from disruption
- Tracking and communicating delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Coordinating with product owners, project managers, and program leadership to align priorities
- Supporting PI planning and aligning team execution to program cadence
- Promoting predictable, high-quality delivery and team health
- Proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation with program leadership
- Communicating effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
- 3+ years facilitating agile delivery for technology teams, including in a SAFe environment
- Experience with agile project management tools
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent agile certification
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
