A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program/Project Planner/Scrum Master to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, improving team collaboration, and helping engineering teams execute efficiently across multiple initiatives.
Daily Job Duties:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:
- Daily standups
- Sprint planning/reviews/demos
- Retrospectives
- Backlog refinement
- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
- Help teams maintain healthy Agile practices and delivery discipline.
- Support backlog management and prioritization activities.
- Monitor team velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint health.
- Assist with release planning and cross-team coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity.
- Full-time position with a standard work schedule.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting software development or infrastructure engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
- Experience with NAS facilities, systems, and equipment is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
- Agile metrics and reporting.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Gitlab or agile tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field and 6-9 years' relevant experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, compensation may be influenced by applicable Federal Government contract labor categories and established contract wage rates.
