Job Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Leader responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of business value and outcomes. This role will provide an overall view of delivery activities, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage stakeholders, oversee financials, maximize vendor relationships, and support iterative delivery of value. The Delivery Leader will also stay current with software delivery and organizational change methodologies, tools, and relevant Financial, Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery activities with a focus on achieving defined business value and outcomes.
• Manage delivery dependencies and proactively identify and remove blockers.
• Engage stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Manage delivery-related financials and support appropriate financial oversight.
• Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Enable iterative delivery of value through appropriate delivery methodologies and practices.
• Apply relevant software delivery and organizational change methods, tools, and techniques.
• Incorporate appropriate Financial, Agile, Lean, and DevOps tools and techniques into delivery activities.
• Maintain an end-to-end perspective across delivery, technology, organizational change, stakeholders, vendors, and financial considerations.
• Adapt delivery practices to support evolving software delivery and organizational change requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery initiatives with accountability for business value and outcomes.
• Experience managing project or program dependencies and removing delivery blockers.
• Experience engaging and coordinating with stakeholders across delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing delivery financials and related business considerations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships in support of project or program delivery.
• Knowledge of software delivery and organizational change methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Understanding of Financial, Agile, Lean, and DevOps tools and techniques.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and delivery management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience managing projects within Insurance.
