This role is hybrid and requires up to 85% travel to the client site as needed in Jacksonville, Indianapolis or Pensacola. Key responsibilities:- As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
- You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
- Analyze delivery metrics and feedback to proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions.
Basic qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Business Operation Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management and intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning is suggested.
- Ability to travel up to 85% as needed to client site.
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred qualifications:- Expert proficiency in Work Management is recommended.
