Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g. cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
- Experience with programs pertaining to data and analytics systems and implementations.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leading cloud-based transformation programs and software development solutions.
About the jobIn this role, you will engage directly with customers and key Google partners to deliver, design, build, and advise customers on the best way to transition to Google Cloud. You will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large-scale cloud transformations. This will involve supporting customers and internal teams from pre-sales through delivery and execution of Google Cloud and customer transformation programs.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities - Complete risk identification, risk assessment activities and mitigation plans. Monitor foreseeable risk, recording its evolution and influence on project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify work problems and program goals, prioritize deliverables, and measure impact.
- Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
- Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
