Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Cybersecurity, you drive growth and revenue in the cybersecurity solutions portfolio. You develop strategies to expand the client base and ensure the financial success of assigned security accounts and Cybersecurity Services offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue in the cybersecurity solutions portfolio. This involves identifying new opportunities for growth and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Manage the entire sales and delivery process, from initial contact to post-sales support, to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop Market Strategies: Stay up-to-date on the cybersecurity market and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ensure Financial Success: Ensure the financial success of assigned security accounts and Cybersecurity Services offerings by managing revenue and identifying areas for growth.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Cybersecurity Market Understanding: Experience with the US Federal Cybersecurity Markety, particularly within the Department of War, including current trends, threats, and technologies, to develop effective strategies for growth and client satisfaction.
• Solution Development Expertise: Deep expertise in developing and tailoring cybersecurity solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Account Management: Experience in managing large security accounts and Cybersecurity Services offerings, ensuring financial success and identifying areas for growth.
• Client Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Cybersecurity Service Delivery: Experience in delivering high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions, managing the entire sales and delivery process from initial contact to post-sales support.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
