Qualifications: - 3+ years of business analyst or experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in testing, QA, and root cause analysis of issues.
- Comfortable working across different platforms: websites, mobile apps, backend APIs, and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to Stakeholders and facilitate working sessions
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships.
- Data-literate - able to pull, analyze, and communicate metrics and usage data to support decisions.
- Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Shortcut, Jira, or similar.

Preferred locations: MOCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $77,200 to $115,800 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The Deals team supports three distinct applications: Deals, Solutions, and Service Quoting. These applications help support the pre-sales, engineering, scoping, and quoting processes of an opportunity lifecycle with the goal of winning new business. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, Architects and Product Owners supporting and enhancing this set of applications.
What will you be doing? The IT Analyst uses a range of functional and technical skills to support the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third-party vendor systems and products. This position plays a significant role in contributing to the development of functional/technical solutions by supporting innovation within our organization. The employee will have a solid understanding of business processes, systems, and architecture within their team. Collaboration with leadership, architecture, product ownership, and various IT and business teams is essential.
Responsibilities: - Applying and starting to lead and promote WWT Core Values and best practices.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the product areas and platforms you support,
owning them from requirements through production. - Stakeholder partnership mindset - builds trust by treating stakeholders as collaborators
- Adapt quickly as priorities shift - supporting different product areas or teams over time is a defining feature of this role.
- Own your product board - know what is in flight, what is coming, and why it matters.
- Support end-to-end testing of features and releases, including production validation on release days.
- Manage and triage ServiceNow tickets for your product areas with urgency and a
customer service mindset. - Create and maintain clear documentation for product releases - processes, enhancements, and system changes.
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and proactively surface opportunities before they become problems.
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of software utilizing both custom-developed and third-party tools.
- Debug production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and support your team on release days.
- Use AI tools as part of your workflow and follow Agile methodologies throughout.
