CMMS Database Administrator - JLL

What this job involves:

As a CMMS Database Administrator at JLL, you will lead the technical administration and strategic optimization of Corrigo CMMS platforms across multiple client accounts. This role is central to driving operational excellence through expert system configuration, rigorous data integrity management, and strong client partnerships. You'll leverage your technical expertise to support JLL's technology-enabled facility management solutions, ensuring clients maximize the value of their CMMS investments while contributing to the delivery of world-class property management services.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Administer the Corrigo CMMS platform to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and adherence to operational standards through configuration management, system audits, and database maintenance protocols
  • Configure system settings including user access controls, property/asset hierarchies, work order scheduling processes, and system integrations to meet specific client requirements
  • Partner with client teams as the primary CMMS technical advisor and subject matter expert, processing data requests efficiently while maintaining accurate time tracking for reimbursable services
  • Develop reporting solutions and analytics that deliver performance insights, support account teams with complex data analysis, and maintain comprehensive database accuracy through regular validation
  • Analyze client change requests, provide impact assessments to support decision-making, and deliver system training and knowledge transfer to maximize platform adoption
  • Document and deploy configuration changes following change management protocols, explore innovative solutions within existing system capabilities, and implement process improvements based on industry best practices
  • Participate in professional development activities including Corrigo training, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical expertise


Required Qualifications:
  • Corrigo Platform certification with demonstrated hands-on experience administering the system
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis functions, and reporting capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Real estate industry experience with knowledge of facility management operations and workflows
  • Experience supporting multiple client accounts in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to quickly master new software applications and systems
  • Self-directed work style with strong prioritization skills, autonomous work capabilities, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience with system integrations, API configurations, or other CMMS platforms beyond Corrigo


Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 - 115,000.00 CAD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
