Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud), and with data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, etc.).
  • Experience working with partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams, as well as influence key stakeholders internally and externally across all levels.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, with excellent time-management, prioritization, and presentation skills.


About the job

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will drive media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects like offline data infrastructure, creative AI business applications, predictive bidding and new innovations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in strategic partnerships with customers to define their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and collaboratively establish a roadmap and goal to guide its successful execution.
  • Lead the first-party data integration and durable measurement business cycle for performance and lead generative advertisers across Google buying doors (e.g., Google Ads and GMP).
  • Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of foundational infrastructure such as enhanced conversions, enhanced conversions for leads, and advanced usage of AI offerings, Google Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on durable ad measurement and first-party data ingestion in Google platforms. Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with stakeholders through measurement subject matter knowledge.
  • Orchestrate the execution of tech projects through both internal and external implementation partners.
