As a Data Steward II at Northbridge, you'll play a key role in strengthening how we manage and trust our data. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll partner with teams across the organization to ensure data is clearly defined, high quality, and used consistently to support better decision-making. As part of a collaborative and high-impact Data & Analytics Governance team, you'll help shape our data standards, influence how data is governed, and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture.
If you are great at: - Building strong relationships and collaborating across business, IT, and analytics teams
- Communicating complex data concepts in a clear and approachable way
- Influencing and guiding stakeholders toward best practices-no formal authority required
- Thinking critically and solving problems, especially when investigating data issues
- Bridging gaps between business needs and technical solutions
If you have:- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data analysis with exposure to data quality practices
- A solid understanding of data governance principles and working with large datasets or data warehouse environments
- Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., data catalogues, business glossaries such as Collibra or Informatica)
- Confidence working cross-functionally and contributing to enterprise-wide data standards

We9re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, which reflects the expected base pay - not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
