Full Job Description
The Data Solutions & Enablement Leader will lead the firm's Data Solutions & Enablement function, delivering trusted data capabilities, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, this role will partner with Business, Digital Product Management, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

This individual will define and execute the enterprise strategy for data capabilities, analytics, business intelligence, and business enablement while serving as the primary business relationship leader for the Enterprise Data organization. The role will translate business priorities into scalable data solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You Will Do

Business Partnership & Data Capability Strategy
  • Define and execute the enterprise strategy for data capabilities, analytics, business intelligence, and business enablement.
  • Partner with executive and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish demand management, prioritization, and roadmap planning processes that align investments with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data capabilities and maintain enterprise roadmaps, priorities, and success measures.
  • Serve as the primary business relationship leader for the Enterprise Data organization.


Data Solutions for Analytics & Reporting
  • Lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics, and decision-support capabilities that improve business decision-making and performance.
  • Establish standards and best practices for business intelligence, analytics, semantic models, and data capability management.
  • Modernize reporting, reduce duplication, and improve consistency across analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data capabilities are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.


Data Analysis & Solution Enablement
  • Lead Data & BI Capability Owners, Data Analysts, Data Solution Architecture, and Information Architecture to ensure consistent requirements, analysis, and solution design.
  • Establish standards for data requirements, modeling, and business rule documentation.
  • Ensure requirements are well-defined and aligned with business objectives prior to engineering execution.
  • Partner with Data Engineering & Operations to successfully transition requirements through solution delivery.
  • Promote reusable data assets, semantic models, and standardized business definitions.


Adoption & Business Value
  • Establish product-oriented delivery practices focused on adoption, usability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop metrics to measure adoption, value realization, customer satisfaction, and operational impact.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve enterprise data capabilities.
  • Champion data literacy and effective use of enterprise analytics.
  • Ensure solutions improve decision-making, advisor productivity, operational efficiency, client outcomes, and business performance.


Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and develop a high-performing, business-focused data solutions and analytics team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources toward the firm's highest-priority business and data initiatives.
  • Partner across Data, Technology, Digital Product Management, and Business organizations to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent capable of modernizing and scaling enterprise data capabilities.


What You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data products, or data solutions within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities that drive measurable outcomes.
