ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking an inventive, mission-driven Data Science & Access Discovery Specialist with background in target development, Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), or Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT). In this high-impact role, you will apply cutting-edge Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques, computational mathematics, and predictive modeling directly to complex, large-scale telecommunications, mobile, and network datasets. You will bridge advanced discovery analysis with automated data science-building, deploying, and refining ML models, creating scalable data pipelines, and developing interactive analytic prototypes to uncover hidden intelligence.

The annual base salary range for this role is $122,000-$144,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills

Operational Target & Access Discovery: Background performing as a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNE), Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Targeteer, or Access Discovery Analyst with a focus on telecommunications, mobile networks, and network access discovery.

• Applied AI/ML & Predictive Modeling: Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and assessing machine learning models, computational mathematics, and advanced statistical/predictive modeling techniques on large datasets.
• Large-Scale Data Processing: Practical experience processing massive datasets using distributed frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Apache Spark).
• Data Modeling & Visualization: Expertise in quantitative/qualitative data techniques, feature engineering, and creating interactive data visualizations to communicate analytic insights.
• Prototyping & Automation: Strong scripting and automation skills to build data science prototypes, integrate TechSIGINT tools, and streamline analytical workflows.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated capability to quickly adapt to novel tools, emerging AI/ML technologies, and shifting mission environments.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, PLUS 7+ years of professional data science or ML engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a related quantitative discipline, PLUS 5+ years of specialized experience in AI/ML development and analytics OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 11+ years of technical experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics in lieu of a degree.

Desired Skills

Telecommunications & Mobile Protocol Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern telecommunications architectures, mobile communication protocols, and signal transport dynamics.

TechSIGINT Analytics: Direct familiarity with specialized TechSIGINT processing tools, metadata parsing, and network discovery frameworks.

Cloud Architecture: Experience working within enterprise cloud data platforms to scale analytic prototypes into production environments.
