Role Definition

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Digital & Analytics team. This role directly supports a manufacturing facility, working together with operations and support teams to identify business challenges, translating them into data-driven solutions, and delivering actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

You will play a key role in gathering requirements, identifying relevant datasets, building scalable data logic, and delivering intuitive reporting solutions that enable better decision-making across operations.

What you will do
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business problems, define scope, and translate requirements into analytical solutions
  • Identify, source, and validate data needed to solve operational and business challenges
  • Develop SQL-based data models and logic to support analytics and reporting use cases
  • Design and deliver reporting solutions (primarily in Power BI) tailored to end-user needs
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure data quality, consistency, and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities across the team

  • Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $144,960.00
