Are you passionate about leveraging descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to drive business strategy and results? As part of the Chase Auto team, you'll directly support a sales organization focused on growing auto originations through strategic automotive partnerships.

As an Associate Data Scientist, you will partner with a sales-focused organization to deliver analytics that fuel growth across our dealer channels. Your work will integrate data science, research, and business domain expertise to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance. You will collaborate closely with Brand General Managers, Dealer Relationship Managers, and partners across consumer lines of business, finance, compliance, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Chase Auto and lines of business (LOBs) to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic growth in auto originations.
  • Develop and refine reporting frameworks and KPIs to evaluate channel effectiveness and partnership performance.
  • Conduct proactive, self-directed analysis of large, complex datasets by forming hypotheses, extracting insights, and communicating findings through clear data visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Shape and prioritize the analytics agenda to align with business strategy and maximize impact.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
