About the Role
This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for leading web analytics and measurement initiatives for Adobe Firefly on Adobe.com. You will identify which web experiences influence Firefly discovery, adoption, and customer value.
You will work directly with clickstream and experimentation data, investigate questions that may not have an established analytical approach, and explain what the findings mean for the business. The role focuses on Adobe.com behavior and uses downstream customer, product, and business outcomes to evaluate the impact of web experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze how customers discover and engage with Firefly through Adobe.com. Identify performance drivers, journey friction, and changes that could improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Answer complex business questions using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, SQL, statistical analysis, and relevant customer, product, and business data.
- Work with Product, Marketing, GTM, and analytics teams to develop hypotheses, shape experiments, analyze A/B tests, and turn the results into decisions.
- Partner with team members to define critical metrics, cohorts, success criteria, and measurement approaches. Develop new approaches when direct attribution is limited or established measures do not yet exist.
- Interpret weekly performance, investigate material changes, and respond quickly when the business needs analytical support. Present findings that inform Adobe.com priorities and decisions related to Firefly.
- Turn successful analyses and experiments into repeatable frameworks and playbooks. Work with analytics engineering and platform teams to improve automation, reporting, and self-service
What You Need to Succeed
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is required.
- 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, web analytics, experimentation, data science, decision science, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and large clickstream datasets using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or a comparable platform.
- Strong SQL skills and experience using Python, R, or similar tools for statistical analysis and modeling.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, along with the judgment to work with incomplete data and questions without an established solution.
- Ability to identify important questions, synthesize findings, communicate with senior leaders, and help teams turn analysis into decisions.
Experience with web-to-product adoption, cross-surface customer journeys, causal inference, incrementality measurement, or generative AI products is helpful but not required.
