Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Data Science and Strategic Communications SETA to support an innovative program. You will have a strong background in data science and experience applying analytical methods to complex, real-world problems related to messaging, influence, and U.S. foreign policy. You will support the development and management of new programs by evaluating technical concepts, assessing scientific merit, and synthesizing insights across interdisciplinary domains. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA

Travel: Less than 10%

Clearance: TS/SCI required

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research roles.
• Strong foundation in statistics, causal modeling, or other core quantitative methods.
• Experience supporting program evaluation, data-driven decision-making, or applied research initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to assess technical concepts and communicate complex scientific ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong technical writing, organizational, and coordination skills.

Desired Experience:

• Masters or PhD in relevant field.
• Experience supporting R&D organizations.
• Familiarity with U.S. foreign policy, strategic communications, or messaging campaigns.
• Background in computational social science, behavioral economics, sociology, anthropology, or communication theory.
• Experience applying data science methods to influence, messaging, or behavioral analysis.
• Experience reviewing or synthesizing scientific literature across multidisciplinary domains.
• Ability to identify emerging technologies and innovative research opportunities.
