You are:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues impacting batch jobs Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies. Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Amazon S3, Amazon EMR, Apache NiFi, and Design & Build Enablement
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Shell scripting
Minimum of 12 years of experience Database Technical Design and Build
Minimum of 10 years of experience Sales Data Domain
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
