Join our ACDS Informatics team to enable ad hoc access to analytical data and reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making by transforming how data generators and data consumers interact with, access, and leverage analytical data through scalable digital solutions.

The Data Manager delivers compliant analytical data and reporting that support regulatory submissions and scientific decision-making across the pharmaceutical development lifecycle. Working across Analytical Development, Regulatory CMC, Quality, and Digital organizations, this role leverages laboratory informatics, analytics, and process automation to develop scalable solutions that improve data accessibility, streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and enable self-service reporting from enterprise laboratory data platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compliance, submission-ready analytical data and reports supporting regulatory filings, inspections, and health authority responses.
  • Design and implement automated data workflows that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and accelerate business outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytics solutions using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Partner with scientists, regulatory teams, and digital organizations to translate business needs into impactful data solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and modernization of laboratory data management processes and capabilities.
  • Serve as a business representative for laboratory informatics platforms, supporting system enhancements, testing, adoption, and governance.
  • Promote data standards, data democratization, and scalable digital solutions that can be leveraged across programs and organizations.


Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with at least ten (10) years of required experience; or master's degree with at least six (6) years OR Ph.D. with at least three (3) years of required experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical data management, laboratory informatics, analytics, regulatory support, or related scientific disciplines.
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments and applying data integrity principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
  • Knowledge with Spotfire, Power BI, SQL, SAS, or related tools.
  • Laboratory Informatics and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Process improvement, workflow automation, and digital technologies.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Informatics and LIMS platforms.


Preferred
  • Knowledge with analytical laboratory informatics platforms such as LIMS and chromatographic systems.
  • Familiar with CMC regulatory submissions.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, data products, cloud-based analytics platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience developing scalable dashboards.
  • Knowledge in using Generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, or advanced analytics to improve scientific workflows, knowledge management, reporting, or decision-making.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives that simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
