  • Provide workstream leadership through effective delegation, quality oversight, and management of junior team members across geographies, including onboarding and training
  • Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams to elicit requirements, develop project plans, estimate effort, and identify required resources
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to scope data management deliverables and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
  • Lead preliminary data analysis for new initiatives, including assessing data availability within DTCC, identifying authoritative data sources, and defining onboarding approaches for new or enhanced data.
  • Utilize SQL to perform data analysis, validation, lineage analysis, and issue investigation across enterprise data sources in support of requirements definition, data quality, and decision-making.
  • Work with business and operational partners to define and document business data elements, including standardized names, clear definitions, and valid values.
  • Support data modeler efforts by providing business context, data analysis, and source-system insight to inform conceptual and logical data models.
  • Maintain required metadata in the enterprise metadata repository for critical and prioritized data elements.
  • Lead data quality activities, including data profiling, defining data quality and validation rules, performing root-cause analysis, and driving data remediation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to scale data programs, processes, and tooling; define business requirements for scaling solutions and support delivery roadmaps.
  • Define, track, and report key metrics aligned to business use cases and data outcomes.
  • Produce clear, concise analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations for stakeholders and leadership, tailored to the appropriate level of detail.
  • Serve as a key contributor within agile squads as part of the Data Management team.
  • Mitigate risk by adhering to established controls, identifying issues early, and demonstrating strong ethical judgment.
