A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Management Analyst.Position type: Full Time - ContractDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Charlotte North Carolina (3 days onsite/2-days work from home)As a Data Management Analyst, you will:
- Lead the analysis to develop the Customer ADS Strategy and draft compelling business cases to secure critical funding for 2027.
- Bring deep expertise in data management to ensure all strategy and analytical initiatives align with enterprise governance standards.
- Leverage strong analytical capabilities to synthesize data, identify trends, and translate complex insights into actionable business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across a complex, multi-layered enterprise to drive alignment.
- Deliver disciplined, measurable business outcomes while maintaining high standards of execution under tight timelines.
The ideal candidate will have: - Strong understanding of data management risks and principles
- Experience leading large efforts and drive transformation initiatives.
- Experience in building relationships across leaderships.
- Delivers high-quality outcomes, takes ownership of results, and consistently meets deadlines under pressure.
- Summarizes data to inform decisions and balances innovation with practical execution.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Experience in data strategy, customer analytics,
