Full Job Description
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Support DOE and NNSA nuclear projects through engineering, digital transformation, cybersecurity, project management, and data analytics. Utilize Power BI, SQL semantic models, and SharePoint design/administration for oversight and project execution. Deep technical background in SmartPlant Administration, 2D/3D CAD, PLC troubleshooting, DeltaV programming, and database/software administration. Specialized experience in GIS mapping, archaeological site database management, and GIS software design, including Trimble ArcPad and GPS/GIS certifications. Demonstrate cross-domain leadership in process control, automation, and engineering, for high complexity nuclear projects.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least fifteen years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least twelve years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE)
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

Security Clearance Information

Information Technology (IT)/Operations Technology (OT) project managers manage all aspects of IT and/or OT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines within the IT or OT functions. They use expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Projects are managed using a variety of methodologies, depending on the effort, including Agile, Predictive (traditional), and Hybrid project management. IT/OT project managers often use Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. They collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities, identify requirements, develop cross-disciplined IT/OT estimates for labor and materials to meet the requirements, coordinate funding sources, develop and manage integrated schedules, and document the project from inception to production status, including ongoing maintenance and operations. These efforts are aimed at aligning IT/OT products and services to customer requirements, streamlining operations, and optimizing systems performance, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
