Fit2Run is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support daily business operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain customer, inventory, sales, and product information in company databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain digital records and files.
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis when required.
  • Review data for completeness and consistency.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Perform general administrative support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
