Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

What You'll Do- Build, test, and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures
- Develop real-time integrations and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues
- Evaluate and implement emerging data technologies
- Create and maintain technical documentation and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Analyze data for trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Support data transformation, metadata management, and workload orchestration
What You'll Bring- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational and big data databases
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or R
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend)
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and stream processing technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus Points- Experience with natural language processing or statistical modeling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source control best practices
